Position Summary:

The Branch Sales

Reporting to CEO

Manager oversees the sales operations of a specific branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance. They are responsible for developing sales strategies, managing staff, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Handling Asms/BDMs....

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve branch targets.

Manage and motivate the sales team to improve performance and meet goals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for upper management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Recruit, train, and evaluate branch sales staff.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotions.
