Store Executive

Job Description: We are looking for Store Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our organic retail store. The candidate should be flexible to handle multiple responsibilities including billing, stock management, order handling, deliveries around the shop, and overall store maintenance.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions at the store.
• Check, update, and manage stock inventory regularly.
• Take customer orders (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp) and ensure timely processing.
• Pack and deliver orders around the shop/nearby areas when required.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and overall store upkeep.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Update daily sales and stock records using MS Excel.
• Provide good customer service and product information.
• Perform other store-related tasks as required.
• Requirements:Willingness to handle multiple tasks in a retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel skills.
• Ability to ride a two-wheeler (valid license preferred).
• Knowledge of Kannada language is an added advantage.
• Basic communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
• Honest, responsible, and physically fit for retail work.
• Prior experience in retail/store operations is a plus.
