LOCATION: Kodigehalli(Hebbal), Yeshwanthpur, Arekere, Nelamangala

PREFER: IMMEDIATE JOINER

OFFICE TIMINGS: 9 am to 6 pm. (MON-SAT).

Job Summary:

RNS Motors Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized Store Executive to manage the operations of our parts storage facility. This role involves overseeing inventory, ensuring proper stocking of car parts, and supporting the service team in meeting customer requirements. Both fresher and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of car parts in the store.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders to ensure availability.

1. Storage and Organization:

• Ensure all car parts are stored systematically for easy retrieval.
• Implement proper labeling and categorization of parts.

1. Coordination with Teams:

• Support the service team by providing necessary parts promptly.
• Communicate with vendors for the procurement of spare parts when required.

1. Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and related paperwork.
• Update digital records in the inventory management system.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Check incoming stock for quality and accuracy against orders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

●       Minimum qualification of SSLC/PUC or equivalent.

AREA TO BE EXPERTISE:

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Inventory Software preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
