Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Store Executive / Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Frozen Bottle franchise outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all store activities including customer service, order preparation, billing, inventory management, and team coordination — ensuring smooth and efficient store performance aligned with Frozen Bottle brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undergo hands-on training provided by the Frozen Bottle franchise team.

• Prepare and serve a variety of milkshakes, thick shakes, ice creams, and other beverages as per the franchise’s standard operating procedures.

• Perform billing and handle POS systems accurately.

• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety within the store.

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or franchise team for replenishments.

• Take ownership of daily store operations including staff scheduling, reporting sales, and troubleshooting day-to-day issues.

• Maintain store ambiance and presentation in line with brand guidelines.

• Act as the main point of contact between the franchise and local operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or food service roles preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the brand’s training and processes.

• Basic understanding of billing systems and store management.

• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.

• Customer-first attitude and commitment to service excellence.
