Store Incharge

We are looking for a Store Room In-charge in the electrical and fabrication fields combines general inventory management duties with specialized technical knowledge of electrical components and fabrication materials. 

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee all aspects of inventory, including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and dispatching electrical components (e.g., wiring, breakers, fixtures, conduits) and fabrication materials (e.g., raw materials, tools, equipment).
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate stock records, update inventory systems (ERP, SAP, or manual ledgers), prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Notes (MRN), and generate regular inventory reports.
• Material Handling & Storage: Ensure materials are stored safely, organized with proper labeling and identification, and that storage practices comply with safety regulations. This includes implementing methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to manage stock rotation.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials, coordinate with production/fabrication and maintenance teams to ensure an uninterrupted supply of items, and assist project engineers with material requirements.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect incoming deliveries for discrepancies or damage and report any issues. Ensure materials are quality-certified by the respective users before inward entry.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and maintain safety procedures within the store area, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and handling guidelines, especially concerning electrical hazards
