Store Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to join our team at Team Cycle world store, Hennur. In this role, you will partner with the Store Techincal head to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, and cultivate a welcoming environment for cyclists of all experience levels. Whether you are helping a customer find their first commuter bike, merchandising the latest gear, or supporting our service team, you will be a vital part of keeping our shop running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service

• Drive Sales: Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales targets for bicycles, accessories, apparel, and service packages.
• Customer Experience: Greet customers, assess their cycling needs, and provide expert advice on bike sizing, fit, and appropriate gear.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Store Operations & Inventory

• Daily Operations: Open and close the store, manage the point-of-sale (POS) system, and handle daily cash reconciliation.
• Inventory Management: Assist with cycle and parts inventory, including receiving shipments, conducting regular cycle counts, and restocking the sales floor.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Help design and maintain product displays that highlight new arrivals and seasonal cycling gear.

Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: Graduation

• Prior experience in retail sales preferred (sports, bicycles, or lifestyle products is a plus).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge or interest in cycling and bicycles.
• Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive and energetic personality.
