Store Manager

Key Responsibilities ;-

Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and inventory.

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.

Develop and execute sales and promotional strategies.

Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store standards.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.

Handle scheduling, payroll, and employee performance.

Recruit, train, and onboard store staff.

Enforce company policies and compliance standards.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Control expenses and manage store budgets.

Prepare and present sales and performance reports.

Qualifications ;-

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

Proven QSR management experience with strong sales performance.

Effective leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Office.

Analytical, customer-focused, and adaptable under pressure.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
