Store Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail apparel store.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Operations: Manage store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet company standards.

● Team Leadership: Lead and develop the store team, ensuring high performance and motivation.

● Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales, provide top-notch customer service, and resolve customer issues.

● Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and implement loss prevention measures.

● Financial Management: Review financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

● 3-5 years of retail management experience, ideally in apparel.

● Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.

● Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.

● Ability to manage staff schedules and store budgets effectively. Additional:

● Must be flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).

● Ability to lift stock and stand for long periods.
