Job Role:

We are hiring a Manpower Supervisor to handle end-to-end manpower operations in warehouse activities, including hiring, deployment, and daily workforce management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Hire manpower as per client requirements
• Deploy workers based on workload and shift planning
• Maintain daily attendance and update records accurately
• Identify manpower shortages and arrange immediate replacements
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
• Track daily hiring, onboarding, and deployment status
• Supervise warehouse activities (loading, unloading, pickers and Packers, dispatch)
• Handle absenteeism, discipline, and workforce issues
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for manpower planning
• Maintain daily operational reports and updates
• Ensure safety compliance and proper work practices on-site
• Resolve on-ground operational issues without delay
• Experience in handling 100–150 workers
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts
