Role : Supervisor

Product : Meat

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Efficiency: Oversee daily production, set schedules, monitor workflows, adjust machine settings, minimize waste, and meet targets.
• Quality Control: Conduct checks on raw materials and finished goods, ensure product quality, and implement corrective actions.
• Safety & Hygiene: Enforce strict food safety regulations (like HACCP), GMP, and sanitation standards, training staff on hygiene and safe practices.
• Team Management: Train new staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, resolve conflicts, motivate employees, and recommend personnel actions (hiring, promotion).
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare production reports, track metrics, and ensure adherence to company policy and regulatory bodies.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage ingredient and packaging stock, requisition materials, and coordinate with supply chain
