Supervisor/Incharge

- Supervisor cum Technician (Mechanical/Electrical, depending on the industry)

- Responsibilities:

  - Supervise a team of technicians, provide technical guidance, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

  - Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machinery/equipment.

  - Manage schedules, inventory, and resources.

  - Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.

  - Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

- Qualifications:

  - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

  - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
