Supply Chain Executive

Supply Growth & Optimization 

• Lead efforts to expand the driver supply base through targeted recruitment and onboarding initiatives. 

• Ensure a consistent pipeline of quality drivers to meet growing client and trip demands. 

• Monitor supply metrics, analyze performance, and implement strategies to improve driver activity 

and 

retention. 

• Maintain optimal balance between active driver availability and client requirements across key cities. 

• Collaborate with the operations team to increase the number of completed trips and enhance 

efficiency. 

Driver Engagement & Relationship Management 

• Build strong relationships with drivers to foster loyalty and reduce churn. 

• Communicate regularly with drivers to address operational issues, gather feedback, and ensure 

satisfaction. 

• Conduct driver training, orientation, and incentive programs to enhance quality and professionalism. 

• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day driver operations. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for driver partners in your region. 

Operational Excellence 

• Ensure high-quality standards across onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes. 

• Collaborate with the city and regional teams to improve supply-side processes and reduce 

inefficiencies. 

• Track and report key supply performance metrics (activation, utilization, retention, ratings). 

• Identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to implement best practices. 

Regional Expansion & Leadership 

• Lead supply initiatives to support expansion across major cities in West India. 

• Support the development of scalable supply models for new markets. 

• Partner with marketing and operations teams to drive local engagement and brand credibility among 

driver communities. 

• Represent Drivers4Me as a trusted partner for the driver ecosystem and uphold company values in 

all interactions.
