• Education & ExperienceQualification: Supply Chain Management / Operations / Logistics or related field
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations

Role OverviewThe Supply Chain Associate will support end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement coordination, inventory planning, vendor management, logistics tracking, and internal cross-functional coordination to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient operational flow.

• Key Responsibilities & RolesProcurement & Vendor CoordinationAssist in sourcing, vendor communication, and purchase order processing.
• Coordinate with vendors for order confirmations, delivery timelines, and quality compliance.
• Maintain updated vendor database and support vendor performance tracking.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time material availability.
• Inventory & Material PlanningMonitor stock levels and support demand planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate with stores and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Track material consumption and prepare inventory MIS reports.
• Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation processes.
• Logistics & Dispatch CoordinationCoordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track dispatch schedules and ensure timely deliveries to clients or project sites.
• Maintain shipment documentation including GRNs, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Resolve delivery or logistics-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Process Improvement & ReportingAssist in implementing supply chain SOPs and best practices.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on procurement, inventory, and dispatch status.
• Support cost-optimization initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesBasic understanding of supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory systems
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills
