Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team at Salad Days. This role is best suited for someone who is a true talent hunter and has strong experience in hiring for QSR, Hospitality, F&B, Cloud Kitchen, or Blue-Collar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for QSR, Hospitality, F&B, and Blue-Collar profiles.
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates for operational roles.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensuring quick closures with the right talent fit.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in QSR / Hospitality / F&B / Blue-Collar / Cloud Kitchen hiring.

✅ Strong network for hiring frontline & hotelier profiles.

✅ Immediate joiners preferred.

❌ Not looking for IT or Non-IT domain recruiters.
