Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to attract top talent across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers
• Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for multiple domains or bulk hiring
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
