Your Role:

Results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring. Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring while partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver quality talent in fast-paced environments.


What would you do at Khatabook?


  • Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate, tech, and operations roles
  • Leadbulk / volume hiring initiativesfor field, sales, and operations teams across multiple locations
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and role requirements
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local hiring channels
  • Drive large-scale hiring campaigns including screening drives, walk-ins, and location-based recruitment
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer closures
  • Handle OJT coordination and candidate onboarding processes
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and future bulk hiring needs
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, and pipeline health
  • Maintain ATS updates and hiring trackers with accuracy
  • Provide regular hiring updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and policies
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and scalability
