Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teacher Training Faculty to conduct NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), PTT (Primary Teacher Training), and MTT (Montessori Teacher Training) programs. The trainer will be responsible for delivering curriculum, conducting practical sessions, mentoring trainees and preparing them for classroom excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:Deliver structured training sessions for NTT / PTT / MTT batches.
- Conduct theory and practical demonstrations (lesson planning, teaching aids, phonics, Montessori materials, classroom management).
- Provide hands-on training with teaching methodology and child psychology.
- Guide trainees in internships and teaching practice sessions.
- Evaluate assignments, lesson plans, and practical exams.
- Maintain academic records and trainee performance reports.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and demo classes.
- Support admissions counseling when required.
- Ensure training quality as per curriculum standards.
