- Lead and manage a team of field executives/tele-callers
- Allocate cases and ensure daily/monthly collection targets
- Handle escalated customer cases & negotiate settlements
- Monitor overdue accounts and recovery follow-ups
- Prepare daily MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with RBI & client guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong team handling skills
- Good communication & negotiation
- Experience in PL/BL/Auto/Two-Wheeler/Consumer loan collections
- Field visits when required
