Team Leader

A Team Leader cum Telecaller oversees a telecalling team while actively participating in lead generation or sales calls. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Performance Management: Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion rates. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Active Telecalling: Perform outbound/inbound calls to prospects, generate leads, and handle complex customer issues.
• Training & Coaching: Train new hires and conduct refresher training on product knowledge and communication skills.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare MIS reports on team performance, manage CRM databases, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Process Improvement: Develop scripts and strategies to enhance call efficiency and customer satisfaction.
