We are Looking for Experienced Team Leader.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Monitor team productivity and quality, providing coaching and feedback where necessary.
• Analyze and manage shrinkage (planned and unplanned), taking proactive steps to reduce loss of productive hours.
• Schedule and manage roster adherence to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
• Act as the point of contact for escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and training needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Generate and present reports on team performance, shrinkage, and other key metrics.
