Job Overview
OPPO is hiring a Team Leader – Customer Care to manage a team of executives, ensure service quality, and handle customer escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor customer care team performance
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Track KPIs (CSAT, TAT, productivity)
Conduct team reviews and coaching
Coordinate with internal departments
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year experience in customer care (mandatory)
1–3 years total experience preferred
Team handling experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada
Knowledge of CRM and MS Office
