Looking for a Team Leader directs, motivates, and supervises a group of employees to achieve organizational goals, acting as a crucial link between management and staff. Key responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching, and fostering a positive, productive team environment. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Performance Management: Set clear team goals, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and deliver constructive feedback or performance reviews.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows, delegate tasks based on expertise, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Team Development: Train new employees, mentor team members, and foster professional growth.
• Communication & Support: Bridge the gap between upper management and staff, conduct regular team meetings, and report on progress.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate interpersonal issues, maintain morale, and foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere.
