Team Leader - Operations

Feel The Floors, started in 2020 is a supplier and execution company located in Koramangala, Bangalore. We specialize in Wooden Flooring, Vinyl Flooring, OT Flooring, LVT Flooring, Carpet Flooring, Deck Flooring, Artificial Grass, Wallpapers and Blinds. Our products are available PAN INDIA for all sectors like Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Corporate, Education etc., and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality solutions for our clients.

We are looking a Team Leader (TL), who is responsible for managing a team to get work done and following up on tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. This role bridges the gap between daily operations and upper management, focusing on hands-on guidance, productivity, and accountability.
2. Focuses heavily on managing workflows, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring, on-the-spot issues are resolved
3. Directly manages daily operations, assigns tasks, and ensures follow-up
4. Delegating & Organizing: Distributing tasks based on team member strengths and setting up workflows
5. Monitoring & Follow-up: Tracking project milestones, tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and ensuring deadlines are met
6. Coaching & Support: Providing feedback, mentoring, and resolving conflicts
7. Liaison: Serving as a bridge between team members and higher management

Eligibility:

1. Graduates Mandatory
2. Good Communication Skill (English/Hindi/kannada)
3. 6 months to 1 year experience (Mandatory)
4. Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel
5. 2 wheeler is mandatory (Travel Allowance will be provided)
6. Salary will be 20k + TA
