Tech Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Manager to design, build, and manage AI-driven automation workflows across retail, consulting, and diverse industry use cases. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity in automation design, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI-driven workflows for retail, consulting, and multi-industry applications.
• Develop end-to-end automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Build and integrate AI models, LLMs, chatbots, and APIs with business platforms (CRM, ERP, e-commerce).
• Demonstrate smart integration skills with APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party services.
• Analyze client workflows to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless automation adoption and execution.

• Mandatory SkillsFull-stack development experience with strong hands-on coding (JavaScript/Python preferred).
• Proficiency in automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
• Strong API integration expertise including REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Database management skills (SQL/NoSQL).
• Problem-solving mindset with high ownership and execution focus.

• 2–8 years of experience in full-stack development, AI, automation, or workflow engineering.
• AI-related education or certifications preferred.
• Experience in multi-industry automation projects is a plus.
