Job Description
- Provide online software support to clients (call, WhatsApp, email)
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoices & basic documentation
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams
- Maintain client records in Excel
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities
Skills Required:
- Basic computer & software knowledge
- MS Excel, Word, Email handling
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Local language)
- Customer support experience preferred
