Technical Sales Engineer

 Job descriptions for HVAC Sales Engineers:

• 1️⃣ Analyze Technical Requirements of Work Orders Review work orders, drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Understand project scope and technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with client/consultant specifications
• 2️⃣ Provide TDS (Technical Data Sheet) as per Approved Make Prepare and submit Technical Data Sheets (TDS)
• Ensure materials/products match approved brands (makes)
• Verify compliance with project standards and technical specs
• 3️⃣ Obtain Client / Consultant Approval Submit materials for approval (MAR – Material Approval Request)
• Coordinate with client and consultant for technical clarifications
• Address comments and revise submissions if required
• Secure final technical approval before procurement
• 4️⃣ Procure the Material Coordinate with suppliers/vendors
• Ensure materials meet approved specifications
• Follow project timelines and delivery schedules
• 5️⃣ Place Purchase Orders Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms
• Track order status and ensure timely supply
• 6️⃣ Support Sales and Project Engineers Provide technical support during pre-sales and execution stages
• Assist in preparing quotations and technical proposals
• Support project engineers during installation and commissioning
