Technical Support Executive

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to customers by managing support requests, coordinating installations and services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-resolution skills to meet service timelines and business commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer support and service-related queries
• Manage and track service requests, complaints, and escalations to closure
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and vendors) for timely service delivery
• Schedule installations, maintenance visits, and service activities as per agreed timelines
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and update customers on service status proactively
• Maintain accurate records of service tickets, reports, and customer interactions
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support billing and documentation related to service activities
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
