Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our Ayurveda Hospital team. The role involves handling patient inquiries, explaining Ayurveda treatments and services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining excellent patient relations through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

Provide detailed information about Ayurveda treatments, therapies, and hospital services.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with the front office and doctors.

Maintain call records, leads, and follow-up details accurately.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).

Pleasant personality and patient-handling ability.
