Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Tele caller to reach out to potential and existing customers, generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Follow scripts to deliver brand messaging consistently.
- Identify customer needs and build rapport.
- Record customer details, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Meet daily/weekly call volume and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle rejection positively.
