Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and support team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller is to make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) and handle inbound inquiries to generate sales, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a pleasant voice, excellent communication skills, and a persuasive personality.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Contact potential or existing customers via phone to inform them about the company’s products/services.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads by gathering relevant information from prospects.

Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or requests for information.

Sales Pitch: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Customer Relationship: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs.

Data Management: Maintain a database of contact lists and update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets (KPIs).

Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls made, sales secured, and customer feedback.
