Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Process

Job Description:

We are looking for Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them with the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential and existing customers to inform them about loan products.

Explain loan features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

Follow up with customers regarding loan applications.

Maintain records of customer interactions and details.

Coordinate with the internal team to process loan applications.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

Experience in loan process / financial services is preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of banking or loan products is an advantage.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Qualification:

Minimum PUC / Any Degree.
