Job Role: Telecaller

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain banking loan products.

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored loan solutions.

Sales Process:

Handle inquiries effectively and convert leads into successful applications.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Documentation & Follow-ups:

Guide customers through the loan application process and required documentation.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely disbursement.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and multiple regional languages.

Strong sales acumen and ability to persuade customers.

Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum qualification – High School or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service (loan experience is NOT required).

Gender Preference: ALL

Immediate Joiners: We require candidates who can start immediately.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month + attractive incentives.

Additional Perks: Performance-based incentives.
