Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to persuade customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.

Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and amenities to clients.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Schedule site visits for interested customers.

Maintain and update customer details in CRM regularly.

Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Achieve daily call targets and weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.

Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.
