Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases
• Explain property details, pricing, and project features to potential buyers
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements (budget, location, property type)
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and update customer information in tracking sheets
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls, messages, or email
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills in English and local language (Kannada/Tamil/Hindi as applicable)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or calling tools)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Prior telecalling/sales/real estate experience is an advantage
