Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Call patients to confirm, schedule, or reschedule appointments
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Follow up with patients regarding treatments, reminders, and feedback
- Maintain patient records and update appointment details in the system
- Provide basic information about dental services offered
- Coordinate with dentists and front desk staff for smooth scheduling
- Ensure a friendly and professional conversation with patients
