We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our prospective customers. Your primary goal is to generate "warm" leads, maintain our customer database, and support the sales team by scheduling appointments or demos. You don’t need to be a "hard closer," but you do need to be a great conversationalist who can spark interest in our brand.

Core Responsibilities

Outreach & Qualification: Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our services and determine if they are a good fit for our sales team.

Information Management: Update and maintain the CRM with accurate contact details and notes from every conversation.

Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up calls or product demonstrations for the Senior Sales Executives.

Market Research: Conduct brief surveys or gather feedback from existing customers to help improve our service offerings.

Brand Advocacy: Act as a professional brand ambassador, answering basic questions about our products, pricing, and company mission.

Script Adaptation: Follow a basic script but remain flexible enough to have a natural, helpful conversation based on the caller's mood.

Key Requirements

Experience: 0–2 years in a call center, customer service, or administrative role.

Verbal Skills: Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Telegu, Hindi and Malyalam with a clear, neutral accent and polite tone.

Active Listening: The ability to listen to customer needs and "read between the lines" to identify interest.
