Tele marketing Responsibilities

• Call and qualify leads generated through online ads, portals, and campaigns.
• Explain project details (location, pricing, amenities, etc.).
• Schedule and confirm site visits.
• Maintain a daily call report and update the team about hot, warm, and cold leads.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversions.
• Send follow-up messages on WhatsApp and maintain communication with interested buyers.

• Willingness to learn about new projects and updates.

Optional but Advantageous

• Prior work experience with real estate developers or property consultants.
