Job Description
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Manage high volumes of calls, both from prospective and existing clients.
- Sales & Consultation: Explain skin, hair, laser, anti-aging, and body contouring services and recommend suitable treatments to potential clients.
- Lead Management & Conversion: Follow up with leads diligently to increase conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments accurately, coordinating closely with doctors, front desk, and medical staff for smooth patient management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and handle client concerns professionally.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain detailed call records, lead data, and appointment logs in the clinic's software/CRM system
