Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Non-Sales Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, feedback collection, price verification, and general support tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on enquiries, confirm details, and provide requested information.
• Verify prices and product/service information with customers accurately.
• Collect and record customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns.
• Identify and resolve basic customer complaints or route them to the relevant departments.
• Maintain detailed call records and update CRM or enquiry systems regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, service, etc.) to ensure timely responses.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional interaction.
• Meet daily call and reporting targets as assigned by the supervisor.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:3–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or related roles (non-sales).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication in [languages, e.g., English, Kannada, Hindi, etc.].
• Good knowledge of price verification procedures and basic product/service understanding.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking, or MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
• Education:Graduate in any discipline.
• Training in customer service or telecalling will be an advantage.
