We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our sales & marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining our real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-friendly attitude.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain real estate project details clearly and confidently (location, price, features, appreciation value, benefits, etc.).
• Generate quality leads for site visits and follow up consistently.
• Maintain and update calling records, lead status, and customer information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling and lead conversion.
• Build positive relationships with customers and handle queries professionally.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
• Understand company projects and other upcoming developments.
• Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, concerns, and market trends.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

• PUC / Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
• Prior tele-marketing experience in real estate is an added advantage.
