Job Summary:

To proactively contact potential and existing customers via telephone to generate leads, sell products/services, address inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction, adhering to company guidelines and targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate interest/leads.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls, answer questions, and provide information.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales.
  • Customer Interaction: Build rapport, understand needs, and offer solutions, handling complaints professionally.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer details in the CRM, and record feedback.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, or sales quotas.
  • Script Adherence: Follow communication scripts while maintaining a natural, professional demeanor.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams for seamless customer experience.
