Telecaller

We are looking for tele caller for a banking process job involves making outbound calls to promote and sell banking products like loans and credit cards, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include explaining product features, guiding customers through applications, handling customer complaints, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with a degree being a plus. 

Key responsibilities

• Sales and promotion: Make outbound calls to promote and sell various banking products, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
• Customer service: Provide information, answer customer queries, and resolve issues related to banking products and services.
• Application assistance: Guide potential and existing customers through the application process for loans or other products.
• Lead generation: Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
• Complaint resolution: Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and effectively.
