A Tele caller for Banking Operations drives revenue and customer engagement by making high-volume outbound calls to promote financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance) or manage collections. They identify prospect needs, schedule appointments, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems to meet strict daily/monthly sales or service targets. 

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact prospects from leads to pitch banking products like credit cards, personal loans, and savings accounts.
• Lead Generation/Conversion: Convert prospects into qualified leads or directly close sales, including scheduling appointments for sales teams.
• Customer Support: Handle inbound calls to address queries regarding account features, interest rates, or loan eligibility.
• Data Management: Record all interaction details accurately in CRM software and update customer information.
• Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations, guidelines, and company policies during all customer interactions.
• Collections: In some roles, handle follow-ups for loan repayments.
