Job Description:

We are looking for a polite and organized Front Desk Executive to manage patient calls and walk-ins. The role involves guiding patients, sharing doctor availability, and coordinating information across hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries
• Inform patients about doctor schedules, rosters, and availability
• Register patients and guide them through hospital procedures
• Coordinate appointments between patients and doctors
• Provide accurate information about hospital services and departments
• Maintain basic records and update appointment details
• Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and staff
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
