Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Explain services clearly and handle client queries confidently
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication
• Schedule meetings or share details with the sales/design team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
• Prior tele-calling or sales experience is an advantage
