Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a result-oriented Telecaller to manage and convert business leads generated through the IndiaMART and Justdial portals. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential business clients, responsible for understanding their requirements, pitching our products, and closing sales or booking appointments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Promptly respond to inbound inquiries and "buy leads" from IndiaMART and Justdial platforms.
• Outbound Calling: Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce product features and benefits.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade "Free Listing" or "Inquiry" leads to move forward in the sales funnel, aiming for a final sale or a high-quality appointment.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand the specific needs of MSMEs and industrial buyers to provide tailored product solutions.
• CRM Maintenance: Accurately record all call details, follow-up dates, and lead statuses in the [Company Name] CRM system or Excel sheets.
• Persistent Follow-up: Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to ensure no lead goes cold.
