Telecaller Outbound

Job Title: Work From Home – Outbound Telecalling ExecutiveJob Type: Work From Home (WFH)

Nature of Work: Outbound Telecalling

• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to business owners using the data provided by the company
• Explain the company’s product/services clearly to prospects
• Generate interest and fix product demo appointments for the sales team
• Follow the provided call script and training guidelines
• Maintain basic call records and follow-up status
• Training & Support:Complete product training and calling script training will be provided
• Ongoing guidance and support from the team
• Salary & Incentives:Salary will be paid at the end of every month
• Incentives / earnings will be call-based and performance-based
• Per-call or incentive structure will be explained during the interview
• Earnings depend on:
• 
  
• Experience
• Quality of leads
• Number of calls made
• Demo bookings and achievements
• Selection Process:Interview → Candidate Evaluation → Final Selection
• Only shortlisted candidates will be selected
• Documents & Equipment:Mandatory KYC and employment documents are required after selection
• If the candidate has a laptop, no deposit is required
• If the candidate does not have a laptop, the company will provide one:

• A refundable security deposit is required
• Deposit will be fully returned via bank transfer after the laptop is returned in good condition
• Work From Home Requirements (Important):Stable internet connection
• Quiet work environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills in the required language
• Punctuality and daily login discipline
• Other Terms & Conditions:Detailed job rules, performance expectations, working hours, and policies will be explained after final selection

Office Visit Policy:

• One office visit per week is mandatory
• After 2 months, visits will be revised to once in 15 days or once a month
