Job Description: Outbound Sales Executive (Real Estate)Role ObjectiveThe primary goal of this role is to convert raw leads into site visits and revenue. You will be the "engine" of the sales pipeline, responsible for high-volume outreach and building a strong negotiation funnel.

1. Key Performance Indicators (The "Numbers")To succeed in this role, you must consistently hit these monthly activity targets:

  • Outbound Calls: 200+ qualified calls per month.
  • Lead Generation: 40+ qualified leads identified.
  • Site Visits: 15+ physical site visits conducted with potential buyers/tenants.
  • Revenue Target: Generate a minimum revenue of 3× your monthly salary cost.
  • 2. Core ResponsibilitiesActive Prospecting: Call leads from portals, referrals, and databases to pitch our property portfolio.
  • Relationship Management: Build a rapport with potential clients and understand their specific property needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Move leads through the stages of: Cold Call → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Closing.
  • CRM Discipline: Update every interaction, call status, and follow-up date in the CRM by the end of each day. No lead should be left "unattended."
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM/Property Manager to ensure property details are accurate before pitching to clients.
