Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE), Telle caller

Location:Malleshwaram 

Experience: 0–1 years

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, field visits, digital marketing, etc.)

Meet potential clients and understand their property requirements.

Schedule and conduct site visits with clients and follow up until closure.

Maintain good relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals in CRM tools or reports.

Attend training sessions, meetings, and promotional events as required.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle clients independently and professionally.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is an added advantage.
