Frankfinn is hiring Tele Counsellors to join their team in Bengaluru.

Candidates with tele-calling experience and strong communication skills in English and Kannada are encouraged to apply.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 12th Pass (Result in hand)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Tele Calling
• Languages: Fluent in English and Kannada
• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: 18–33 years

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about career-oriented courses.
• Understand student interests and guide them to attend free career counselling sessions.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to track visit status and encourage participation.
• Update and maintain accurate call records in the system.
• Build rapport with students and maintain professionalism.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining quality communication.

Salary Structure

(Based on experience and last drawn salary)

• 6–17 months: ₹21,000
• 18–24 months: ₹23,000
• 24+ months: ₹25,000
